The bible instructs us to “train a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not turn from it” (Proverbs 22:6). Our goal through the children’s Sunday school hour is to prepare our children for a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and to lay a Biblical foundation upon which they can build a mature spiritual life.
Fishers of Kids (10:30-12:00)
During the worship hour, we offer our 1st through 5th graders a unique service of their own where they can learn to more intimately worship God. Kids learn the basics of prayer, scripture, and bible study using games, hands on activities, and music as part of our service. The kids love to invite their friends to share in this time with them each week.
Nursery care is provided for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
Pastor Johnson also offers a yearly “catechism” Sunday school class for the 6th grade.
